An aerial view of Trappe Creek in late November, one of several beautiful waterways you can paddle with Ayers Creek Adventures. Several pairs of bald eagles nest along Ayers and Trappe Creeks and can typically be seen flying over these serene waterways.

We went on a kayaking excursion with Steven and Suzy of Ayers Creek Adventures, where Steven shared with us stories of his forefathers' experiences living on the creek as we paddled along, bird-watching and soaking up all that fresh air.
